Thank You - We're Taking a Short Break

We are taking a step back from facebook, our newsletter, and the website this summer. Thank you to everyone who has supported our work so far. We deeply feel your support, and each one of you is helping other parents and teachers awaken the storyteller within. It's pretty awesome to witness that.

The situation with covid-19 has taken a toll on many people, including ourselves. It has been a blessing to share so many wonderful stories, but the honest truth is that, as full-time teachers and parents, we're pretty cooked. Our hearts go out to all those who have been impacted by this disease.

We will be enmeshed in story throughout the summer, but the secret of our recipe has always been the small ways that story impacts our intimate circles. We hope you find that too.

You can still find our book on Amazon, and our website has lots of good articles and links - both to the science of storytelling and examples of how it can work for you - www.howtotellstoriestochildren.com

We may occasionally share a relevant article or topic, but we plan to return to the digital world in full force come September. Till then, we wish you health, safety, and an incredible journey with the story-loving children in your life.

Thank You,

Silke & Joe
